Real Estate is the hardest job you can get especially in the beginning without

(1) Knowledge

(2) Experience

(3) Enough resources to start that career

I will also add the fourth point, (4) in case you start that career in like me 😊it will not be hard this will be extremely hard 🤕

Will share within This short article Tips & hacks you can use to gain more ( Leads & Better results in new begin ) ✌ Let's Do It ...

(1) Don't innovate 😐 ⁉

-- Yes, It's not wrong .. Real Estate industry has different factors to deal with, And here you are not supposed to innovate when you don't know the you should first the oldest fundamentals and achieve good results then think as you want to innovate

You can innovate in the marketing & everything else as you want but not before trying the traditional ways to your innovation initiatives on solid ground 👌

(2) In case you have experience in the real estate industry but do not have a growth mindset you will suffer a lot to keep on when begin in a new country like UAE OR USA >> Let me dig deep into that point

Why I said If you don't have a growth mindset will suffer ⁉

-- Because It's hard to teach someone used to about specific systems, and specific procedures to shift easily & forget what he used to do for years! not logic >> So here you will MUST keep on with to step up

-- Also I discovered If someone joins in real estate for the first time his chance is higher than the person who already has experience from his first country ( Not always of course but it happens with a high percentage )

(3) Rober, it's worth it to be a business developer in a real estate agency 👀 ❓

700% YES ... For those reasons ::

A) Most countries in the world depend on real estate to lead their economics

B) Population increasing and people will always need a Home or Office so the high demand will keep growing

C ) A lot of Agencies inside the same cities mean = market and those agencies will need to be unique to attract talents and to provide different add value for those limited clients to positioning themselves in the marketing as a good place to work & good choice to buy with 👌

Depending on those three reasons it's the perfect time to be a business developer in the real estate industry.

عمليات بيع تجتاح hashtag مع تنامي المخاوف من أن بنك الاحتياطي hashtag #الفيدرالي متأخر عن خفض الفائدة ودعم الاقتصاد الأميركي، ما يزيد احتمالات الدخول في ركود، وخاصة بعد أن فاقمت بيانات الوظائف يوم الجمعة المخاوف مما زاد من هلع الأسواق

الأسهم اليابانية تهاوت اليوم وتكبدت أكبر خسارة يومية منذ موجة بيع يوم الإثنين الأسود في 1987، حيث فقد مؤشر نيكي 12.4%، وبحلول الإغلاق كان قد خسر 113 تريليون ين (792.32 مليار دولار) من القيمة السوقية له عند أعلى مستوى

جاء ذلك مع ارتفاع hashtag #الين إلى أعلى مستوياته في 7 أشهر مقابل hashtag #الدولار، مدفوعا بعوامل منها رفع أسعار الفائدة من بنك اليابان، فيما هبط مؤشر توبكس الأوسع نطاقا 12.2%

طالت التراجعات السوق الأوروبية أيضاً، حيث هبط مؤشر ستوكس 600 بأكثر من 2%، كما انخفضت العقود الآجلة للمؤشرات الأميركية بنحو 2%

الأسواق العربية لم تُستثنى من موجة التراجعات العالمية، حيث تأثرت بنفس العوامل إضافة إلى التوترات الجيوسياسية في المنطقة

حيث هبط سوق دبي المالي بأكثر من 4%، فيما وصل انخفاض السوق المصرية في وقت سابق من اليوم إلى 5% قبل أن يصل التراجع حاليا إلى 2.5%، بينما هبطت السوق السعودية إلى 3.4% قبل أن تقلص التراجع إلى 2.5%
