The biggest mistake brokers make is selling the "Entry" and ignoring the "Gate."

🏗️ Off-Plan is a financial journey.

Payment plans reduce the barrier to entry, and Post-Handover plans allow the asset to generate income while it's still being paid for. This is pure financial leverage.

But your client's exit depends entirely on the Resale Policy. The 30-40% threshold is a Liquidity Gate. If that number isn't reached, the client cannot exit the contract.

Master the Escrow milestones, the registration fees (4% in Dubai / 2% in Abu Dhabi), and the exit strategy.
