Responsibilities & Duties:
Acquire property for rent via social media, email campaigns, networking, referrals, etc.
Responsible for leasing residential and commercial properties as per the approved budget rates
Maintains an accurate and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the specialized area, particularly market price, upcoming projects, amenities and community features
Advertise available properties in all marketing portals and with the use of other advertising materials
Establish rapport with tenants and provide personalized service
Meet with prospective clients and conduct viewings
Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers
Ensure that leasing requirements are fully met and complaints are handled effectively either independently or whenever required in coordination with other departments
Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and finalize deals
Represent the company in the highest professional and ethical manner at all times
