The more I experience Abu Dhabi’s vision, the more I understand that its greatest strength is not simply how fast it grows but how intentionally it grows.
LIVEX was a powerful reflection of that.
What fascinated me most was the diversity of minds brought together from around the world across investment, urban development, culture, education, health, energy and technology all contributing to one bigger conversation: what truly makes a city worth living in?
Abu Dhabi has an incredible ability to make the world feel small. It brings global expertise, capital, ideas and experience into one place, learns from different perspectives, and connects them to a long-term vision for the city.
And perhaps this is the real meaning of liveability.
It is not only about beautiful buildings or major developments. It is about the ecosystem around them how we live, move, learn, work, invest, connect and ultimately feel within a city.
For someone in real estate, that distinction matters deeply. We are not simply selling square metres. We are part of something much larger: creating places where people choose to build their lives.
LIVEX was not simply an exhibition. It was a glimpse into how Abu Dhabi is thinking about its next chapter.
