What a start to 2026.

January closed as a company record month since the doors opened, the 3rd time in the last year we have broken our previous record!

We were named Agency of the Year 2025, and our own Jorge Carrilho was awarded Agent of the Year 2025.

In January, we also held our 2025 Annual Awards — celebrating the brokers who set the standard last year. Rolexes awarded across categories, and our top performer walking away with a $100,000 Patek Philippe.

New offices are already under development and will be launched later this year.

Personally, I was honoured to receive the CEO’s Choice 2025 for and to be recognised as Operations Director of the Year by Kendal AI.

And we’re just getting started, welcoming as our new Branch Manager in one of our Marina offices as we continue to scale.

2026 is about raising the bar again.

Over a year since I joined

Let’s see what we have achieved in the last year:

✅ First company to hit 100% Tru-Broker 3 months in a row (Over 100 Agents) on

✅ 8 months (and counting) of 100% verified listings and agents on

✅ Averaged 97% of our brokers being SuperAgent for the last 6 months

✅ Nominated for multiple awards on Property Finder including Best Quality Brokerage

✅ Beat and set a new company record in a month not once but TWICE with September being our biggest EVER month (So Far)

✅ Increased our agent count from 80 to over 130

✅ Celebrated with parties every quarter

✅ Gave away massive cheques, Rolex’s, suits & lots of other luxury gifts

✅ Allowed agents to earn 60% in their first month of real estate with our revamped commission structure

✅ Grew all of our departments in the business including recruitment, finance, admin, offplan, management & HR

✅ Designed and implemented our new CRM system which we are releasing to our agents next month!

We are planning to end the year even stronger and look forward to celebrating more achievements 💪🏼

Massive congratulations to Mariah for winning this award at our Annual Dacha Awards 👏🏼

As our operations manager, Mariah plays a huge part in the success of the business. Evidence of that is this month we have achieved 92% of our Property Finder listings being under a super agent 🔥without Mariah making sure to update and push our agents daily that figure would not be possible!

This new role provides a significant opportunity to bring my experience and passion for the industry to a company with such a strong and established reputation.

Working at Colliers was one of the high points in my career so far. Helping to launch their first sales office in the UAE was an incredible opportunity. Building something from the ground up taught me invaluable lessons that I’m ready to apply in this new role at Dacha.
