This happens more often than developers realise.
An investor asks the sales agent:
“Who can manage my apartment?”
The agent refers an operator.
The operator gets the client.
And the referral fee — or ongoing commission — sits outside the developer’s business.
The interesting part?
That buyer was already part of the developer’s customer journey.
A white-label model gives developers another option: keep the service, the relationship and the commercial opportunity under their own brand.
The opportunity already exists. The question is who captures it.
