💰 AED 15,000/month → Approx. Loan Eligibility: AED 1.26M | EMI: ~AED 8,500
💰 AED 30,000/month → Approx. Loan Eligibility: AED 2.52M | EMI: ~AED 17,000
💰 AED 50,000/month → Approx. Loan Eligibility: AED 4.20M | EMI: ~AED 28,300

📌 Key UAE Mortgage Rules:
