His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy President of State Prime Minister Governor of Dubai, was confirmed by Allah, in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum, First Deputy Governor of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister of Finance, and His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, Second Deputy Deputy For the Governor of Dubai, the new blueprint for the development project "Nakhla Jabal Ali", which is one of the key projects serving the goals of the "Dubai Urban Plan 2040" and one of the ambitious futuristic urban projects of "Nakhil", the globally leading real estate developer.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum praised the ideas contained by the project and its components that reinforce Dubai's status as a global destination for visit, residence and work, assuringly his Highness that Dubai is a past in achieving qualitative achievements towards the future that he hopes for all citizens living on its land Residents as well as intended visitors from all over the world.
