Off Plan project #4 - DG Villas

The latest launch to grab buyers attention in JGE was the DG Villas by Dar Global. Launched at the start of March, 2025, DG Villas features 4 and 5 bedroom villas slated to handover in Q4, 2028.

Off Plan project #3 - Terra Golf Collection

Taraf Holding announced their brand new sub community within JGE at the end of 2023. A collection of 84 townhouses, twin villas and detached villas, all layouts feature 6 bedrooms.

Situated next to Jumeirah Luxury, these SHOULD be the last villas launched within the main phase of JGE. Everything else will be launched to the south west, in the next phase of expansion.

Off Plan project #1 - Jouri Hills

Launched in 3 phases, Jouri Hills is a collection of townhouses and villas from 3 to 6 bedrooms.

There are multiple amenities exclusive to Jouri Hills including swimming pools, children’s play areas, a skate park, football pitch, basketball court, Padel court and more.

Originally slated to handover in Q4 2024, there have been some delays leading to an updated handover of Q1 2026.

With 108 villas and 186 townhouses, it will be the largest sub community to date in JGE. Still around 1 year away from handover, investors are seeing 30-90% capital appreciation.

There is nothing left from the developer (Arada) and everything is on the resale market.

Ready Sub Community 17/17 - Whispering Pines

Whispering Pines was built by JGE as well, offering 3 and 4 bedroom layouts. Handed over in 2013, it was one of the earlier communities handed over.

160 villas nestled around the golf course, whispering pines is walking distance to the clubhouse’s especially the tap and grill making it a popular community. Lots of social events are held by the Tap & Grill and the community in general is a very close knit one with an almost American feel of tight neighbours.

These 48 villas currently have sizes from 4 to 6 bedrooms and were built by Olive Point Holdings. Originally handed over as 43 villas, you also have the stone facade turret style designs found in Sienna Lakes, although in Olive Point you have cylindrical shapes as opposed to the square style seen in SL.
