So why not bring some of those ideas back home?

I think almost half of my family lives in Mirembe Villas, and while I genuinely appreciate the security and peaceful environment, I was honestly shocked that such a big community doesn’t even have a swimming pool or a gym. 🤦🏽‍♀️
Residents deserve more than just apartments. They deserve communities that promote health, wellness, family time, and a better quality of life.

Let’s stop building only apartments and start building communities people genuinely enjoy living in. ❤️

Real Estate Vlog – Part 3 🏡
Today we’re diving deeper into the finishing and quality of one of the developers I proudly sell to my clients.

One thing I’ve talked about before is that Imtiaz delivers fully furnished units, saving buyers the stress and extra cost of furnishing after handover.

Another thing I love is that the bedrooms are en-suite, giving every room its own private bathroom. It’s one of those small details that makes a big difference in comfort and everyday living.

And for those of you who are new to real estate or planning to join the industry...
Please visit the projects you’re selling.
Don’t just memorize the brochure. Walk through the buildings, touch the finishes, experience the amenities, and understand the developer’s quality for yourself. It becomes much easier to sell when you genuinely know what you’re talking about, and your clients will trust you more.

A little background about the developer...The journey began in 1993 as a construction company. Over the years, they expanded into Dubai and evolved into a full-scale real estate developer. One of the things I admire most about Imtiaz is that they handle the construction themselves instead of relying heavily on subcontractors. That level of control is one of the reasons they have built a strong reputation for delivering quality projects on time 👌👌

This is exactly why I always encourage my clients to look beyond the price and pay attention to the developer’s track record. A great developer gives you peace of mind.

Real Estate Vlog Part 1 🏡
Don’t forget to watch Part 2, where I’ll be showing you the quality and finishing of some of the ready projects by Imtiaz that I sell here in Dubai.

Today, I want to share one piece of advice for anyone thinking about joining the real estate industry in the UAE...Please work on getting your driving license first.
This career is not about sitting in the office all day. If you want to make money, you’ll spend most of your time in the field attending project launches, meeting clients, doing property viewings, and visiting different communities across Dubai.

The reality is that not every area has a metro station or bus access. That means you’ll rely on taxis or Uber, and those transportation costs add up very quickly.

The amount you can easily spend on Uber in a single day can be the same amount that fuels your own car for 3–4 days. Think about how much money you can save over a month just by having your own means of transport.

And yes, you might think your colleagues will always give you a lift... but everyone is chasing their own goals. Nobody is obligated to organize their day around yours, and you can’t blame them for that. We’re all trying to make it.

I’m telling you this because no one told me. I had to learn it the hard way, and I don’t want someone else to make the same mistake.
I’ve seen so many people join real estate full of excitement, only to quit within 6–8 months because everything becomes overwhelming. Sometimes it isn’t because they can’t sell it’s because they never prepared themselves for the daily movement this job requires.

If you make your transportation easy before joining the industry, you’ll remove one of the biggest stresses from your journey and give yourself a much better chance of succeeding.

Wishing everyone chasing this career nothing but success. Keep going you’ve got this! 🙏❤️

I know I’m a little late sharing the launch of Raw District Phase 2 by Imtiaz, but today I just want to take a moment to appreciate everyone who invested in this project through me. ❤️

As we speak, most of the residential units are already sold out, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful.

To everyone who trusted me with your investment thank you. Your trust means everything to me.
Right now, I only have office and retail spaces available, starting from AED 1.4 million (approximately UGX 1.4 billion or USD 381,000), with flexible 50/50 and 60/40 payment plans.

A little late posting this vlog from the Raw District Phase 2 by Imtiaz launch 🤭, but it’s definitely worth sharing.

One thing this industry has taught me is that if you want to build a successful career in Dubai real estate, getting your driving license should be one of your top priorities.
Real estate is not a desk job. You’ll be attending developer launches, project presentations, site visits, property handovers, and meeting clients across different parts of Dubai.

Some projects, like Raw District in Jebel Ali Downtown, are quite far. Imagine having to rely on Uber or taxis every single day, especially when you’re meeting clients. Those transportation costs add up quickly and can eat into your commissions.
Your driving license isn’t just a license,it’s an investment in your career👊🏻

As for Raw District Phase 2, it’s only a short walk from the metro station, making it a fantastic location for businesses and future occupants. The response has been amazing, and most of the residential units are already sold out🙅‍♀️

You don’t need to know every community in Dubai🏡

Random Yapping Part 2 🤭
😂 I know this is a long post, but this information might help someone. Whether you read it or not is entirely up to you. Bino biyamba mwe! 🤷🏻‍♀️🤣

A lot of you ask me how to join the Dubai real estate market, so here’s my honest advice.
First, don’t join real estate just because I make it look easy. 😂 Social media shows the wins, but it doesn’t show the deals that fall through after months of hard work. Trust me, I’ve cried over deals that never happened.

In fact... maybe I should start posting my failed deals too. 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 I told y’all these random yapping videos are about reality no scripts, no pretending. We keep it real over here.

Before you join, structure yourself first.
1-Have some savings or a side business because Dubai real estate is 100% commission-based. There’s no monthly salary.

2-Invest in your appearance. Like it or not, presentation matters in this industry. That’s why people think Dubai agents are fashion influencers. 😂

3-Be ready to spend on transport. You’ll be moving from one developer to another, attending launches and learning projects before you can confidently sell them.

4-Protect your mental health. You could work every single day for 3–6 months, sometimes even a year, before closing your first deal. It all depends on your consistency, network, marketing, and sometimes a little bit of luck.

And to families back home, please be kind to your children working abroad, especially those in commission-based jobs. ❤️ Sometimes they go months without earning, yet they still have rent, transport, food, visas, and other bills to pay.

I still believe in trying. If I did it, you can too. Just prepare yourself first. If it works, amazing. If it doesn’t, that’s okay Dubai is full of opportunities.
Sometimes success isn’t about who starts first. It’s about who was prepared enough to keep going when things got hard👊🏻🏡🫶🏻❤️
