The Latifa Bin Hamdan corridor. Connecting the east side of the city to the west side.

Right now that route means congestion, indirect paths, wasted time.

Once this corridor opens, travel time across that stretch drops by more than half.

RTA named four areas as direct beneficiaries. Nad Al Sheba. Al Barari. Dubai Hills. District One.

But the real story is what this corridor plugs into.

Sheikh Zayed Road. Al Khail Road. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. The three arteries that move this entire emirate.
Which means the ripple effect reaches further than the official list. Communities near Global Village. Wilds by Aldar. Yards by Beyond. Ghaf Woods by Majd Al Futtaim.
