Hi to all.
Before the war in the region, I advised investors to buy property in two carefully planned projects. Those who heeded my advice are now thanking me because the value has increased by about 36% in a short period. Those who didn't listen are now regretting it and can't go back in time to buy at those prices.
The war started, and investors started calling me looking for properties cheaper than the market price. I laughed and told them that prices would increase significantly compared to before the war because building materials, transportation, and land scarcity, among other things, would increase. And indeed, some projects have been released now with prices about 36% higher than before the war, and they are still considered reasonable. Tell me why? Because Dubai, with its leadership, management, people, and culture, has proven itself to be a fruitful and enduring treasure, irreplaceable and unrivaled in the region and the world, in its resilience against all circumstances. It's not like a war, but rather love, affection, compassion, and cooperation for the continued prosperity of Dubai. People know from experience and are certain that opportunities in Dubai increase, not decrease. You can live in Switzerland, England, Finland, America, or anywhere else in the world, but your investments in Dubai remain the best, most suitable, and safest compared to anywhere else in the world in terms of annual returns and the increase in the value of your property.

قبل وقوع الحرب بالمنطقة نصحت المستثمرين ان يشترون عقار بمشروعين مدروسات بدقة
اللي سمع نصيحتي هسه ديتشكرني لان صعدت قيمتها حوالي ٣٦ بالمية بخلال فترة وجيزة
واللي مسمعني هسه متندم ومكادر يحصل او ايعيد الوقت ويشتري على ذيج الاسعار.
صارت الحرب والمستثمرين يتصلون بيه يدورون عقارات ارخص من السوق واني اضحك واكللهم الاسعار حتزيد بنسبة كبيرة عن قبل الحرب وذلك لان مواد البناء حتزيد والنقل وقلة الاراضي وغيرها
وفعلا نزلت مشاريع هسه باسعار مرتفعه بنسبة حوالي ٣٦ بالميه عن قبل الحرب وهم تعتبر اسعارها مناسبة كلي ليش؟
لأن اثبتت دبي بقيادتها وادارتها وناسها وثقافتها انها كنز مثمر ودائم لا يعوض ولا يوجد له منافس ولا بديل بالمنطقة وبالعالم من تصدياته لجميع الظروف
ولا كأنها حرب بل هي حب وموده ورحمه وتعاون من اجل بقاء نهضة دبي
والناس عن تجربه وعلى يقين انو الفرص في دبي تزداد ولا تقل
انت ممكن تعيش بسويسرا او انكلترا او فلندا او امريكا او بأي مكان بالعالم ولكن تبقه استثماراتك بدبي هي الافضل والانسب والأضمن مقارنةً بالعالم كله من حيث العائد السنوي وزيادة قيمة عقارك.
