Update on Lime Light Twin Towers – Dubai Sports City
Dear Fellow Investors,
We hope this message finds you well.
Some of our fellow investors have recently visited the site of the unfinished Lime Light Twin Towers in Dubai Sports City, formally known as Destiny by the Chapal family builders based in Pakistan and the UAE. They have shared photographs, which you can find attached, and have informed us that scaffolding is once again being erected around the towers.
Regrettably, there has been no communication from the developers regarding the status of our investments. Despite the considerable time that has passed, many of us remain in the dark about any progress or resolution.
We are aware of at least one investor who successfully obtained a court ruling in their favour to recover their funds; however, they have yet to receive any payment.
It has now been 18 years and 8 months since many honest individuals placed their trust and hard-earned money into this project. The ongoing delays and lack of transparency are continuing to be deeply disheartening.
We are also disappointed by the failure of the judicial system to liquidate the project and take a more decisive action. This situation raises serious concerns regarding transparency and accountability in the region.
We remain hopeful that with continued pressure and awareness, justice will eventually prevail.

الموضوع: تحديث حول أبراج لايم لايت – مدينة دبي الرياضية
السادة المستثمرون المحترمون،
نأمل أن تصلكم هذه الرسالة وأنتم بخير.
قام بعض المستثمرين من زملائنا مؤخرًا بزيارة موقع أبراج لايم لايت غير المكتملة في مدينة دبي الرياضية. وقد شاركونا بالصور المرفقة وأفادونا بأن السقالات تُعاد تركيبها حول الأبراج.
وللأسف، لم نتلقَ أي تواصل من المطوّر بشأن وضع استثماراتنا، وعلى الرغم من مرور وقت طويل، لا يزال الغموض يحيط بالمشروع دون أي توضيح أو حل.
نحن على علم بحالة أحد المستثمرين الذي حصل على حكم قضائي باسترداد أمواله، ولكنه حتى الآن لم يتلقَ أي مبلغ.
لقد مرّ الآن 18 عامًا و8 أشهر منذ أن وضع عدد من الأشخاص المخلصين ثقتهم وأموالهم في هذا المشروع، وما نشهده من تأخير مستمر وغياب الشفافية أمر محبط للغاية.
كما نشعر بخيبة أمل كبيرة تجاه فشل النظام القضائي في تصفية هذا المشروع واتخاذ إجراءات حاسمة، مما يثير تساؤلات جدية حول الشفافية والمساءلة في المنطقة.
نأمل أن يُثمر الضغط المستمر وزيادة الوعي عن تحقيق العدالة في نهاية المطاف.
