Dubai. Sale of real estate purchased in a facility under construction
Property transfer in Dubai is a must-know for those who invest in real estate. To conduct a transaction, you must have:
1.Certificate of ownership or Oqood, which is received by the developer and sent to you by e-mail
2.Certificate from the developer of no objections or NOC (No Objection Certificate)
A prerequisite for the sale of a lot in an object under construction is the payment of a certain percentage of its total cost. As a rule, it is 30%. If the obligatory percentage is not paid to the developer, it can be assumed by the buyer by agreement.
