JOB DESCRIPTION: AHA ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT INSTRUCTOR
Job Title: Advanced Life Support (ACLS, PALS) AHA and ASHI Instructor
We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated individual to join our team as an Advanced Life Support (ACLS, PALS) AHA and ASHI Instructor. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in ACLS and PALS Instruction, with additional proficiency in trauma support. Candidates holding additional certifications and instructor eligibilities from other recognized bodies will be considered favorably also.
Responsibilities:
Certification Expertise:
Proficient in teaching and certifying individuals in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) through American Heart Association (AHA) and American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI).
Additional certifications from other reputable bodies will be an advantage.
Trauma Support:
Additional Ability to provide trauma support, will be enhancing the selection process.
Language Skills:
Fluent in English (mandatory).
Proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage, enhancing employability.
Full-time Employment:
Adherence to the policies and procedures set forth by the training institute.
Immediate Joining:
Upon meeting the potentials requested and the requirements asked for, the candidate would be interviewed immediately, and should be able to immediately join.
Coordination and Administration:
Facilitate coordination and administrative aspects related to AHA ATLAS and give a hand in following up on the portal when needed.
Mobility:
Willingness and ability to commute from the office to other sites when required for training purposes.
Marketing and Business Development:
Proven ability to enhance marketing efforts and contribute to selling courses through personal contacts.
Demonstrated capability to bring in business and drive course turnover.
Incentives:
Incentive structure to be discussed, especially in relation to significant deals secured by the candidate.
Professional Conduct:
Demonstrate discipline, adhere to etiquette in dealings with others, and maintain good communication skills.
Networking:
Possess a robust network of contacts and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
Ensure compatibility with all centers and sites, avoiding conflicts.
