Yesterday was my birthday… and let’s just say, the candles are catching up to the cake 🎂🔥
But real talk: with every passing year, I’m not just getting older—I’m getting wiser, sharper, and even more relentless 💼⚡️
Life didn’t really start for me until I hit 50 🎯
Divorce. Failed businesses. The UK chapter closed 🇬🇧
Then came Dubai—a fresh start, new vision, and the rebirth of purpose 🌇✈️🇦🇪
Since then, it’s been all gas, no brakes 🚀
Here’s what I’ve learned:
Age is no barrier to success.
In fact, it’s the cheat code.
Experience + scars + late-night soul-searching = real-world wisdom that wins 🧠🏆
Some of the greatest entrepreneurs didn’t peak until their 50s, 60s, even 70s. 🤔
Why? Because by then, you’ve taken the hits, learned the game, and know how to play it on your terms ♟️
One of the things I enjoy most now?💯
Training and mentoring the new generation of real estate brokers at .academy—passing the torch, sharing the lessons, and watching them crush it in a market that never sleeps 💪🏽🏙️

And as for age?
It’s just a number.
I feel 21, even if my knees strongly disagree the next morning 🤣🦵
