Started the morning 45 floors above Dubai at a VIP breakfast hosted by MERED

It was a great opportunity to connect with the team and learn more about the developer’s vision, current portfolio, and upcoming plans in the UAE.

MERED is behind projects such as ICONIC Tower in Dubai, and their latest launch, Riviera Residences in Abu Dhabi.

I always tell my clients: I only feel comfortable recommending projects that I’d be happy to buy for myself.
Today it’s exactly that moment-signing my own SPAs with here in Dubai Islands.

I’ve recommended this developer and this project many times, because I like the combination of location, quality, planning and long‑term potential. Now I’m not just talking about it, I’m investing my own money into the same project.
