A completely different side of Dubai living. 🌿

Crystal lagoons, wide waterways, extensive greenery, and villas designed to become part of this landscape.

This is a very different vision of community living in Dubai.

And for me, the interesting part goes beyond the lifestyle.

Why am I watching this new community closely from an investment perspective?

It combines several things I look for in a new launch: a large-scale master plan, extensive greenery and waterways, different property types, and a payment structure that spreads the investment across the construction period.

The current plan for townhouses and villas is 40% during 3 years of construction and 60% on handover.

The community offers four different concepts: from townhouses and maisonette townhouses to semi-detached and large standalone villas, giving investors different entry points and exit strategies.

And compared with what this developer has created before, the vision here is even bigger: wider waterways, larger lagoons and significantly more greenery.
