Natalie Director of Growth and Development for Provident Real Estate.
Originally from a town just outside of Birmingham ( Peaky Blinders for those unsure of location). Lived in New York, and now a proud resident of Dubai for over a Decade.

My department is instrumental in the success of our workforce and the growth of the brand.
My personal motto the People of Provident.

Alongside my amazing department we have grown the company by over 84% in the last 2 years and continue to strive ahead.
I am passionate about a global mindset having travelled to 63 countries, the company reflects that with over 40 nationalities in house and will continue to grow that number.

I am personally excited about Dubai’s development and future. So working for a company with over 15 years on the market and home grown in this ambitious city is important.

A huge reason I chose Provident was the fact the CEO Loai Al Fakir, and higher management are as passionate about Growth Mindset as I am.

We believe in investing in our training programs to grow our workforce and maintain a pioneering vision in the industry.

I am a big believer of self-investment and consistently look at ways to improve and develop personally and the company.

Continuous training is important as we don’t believe it stops at week 1 .

“Been pushed a few data sheets” and “wish you the best” seems to be common practice in the industry.

❇️Attitude - Do you possess the right attitude? We need positive attitudes on our team no matter how tough it gets.
❇️Confidence with a slice of ego- can you walk into a room and own it, whilst having a healthy self esteem ( and know the difference of healthy)
❇️Social Butterfly- A big part of your role is the ability to network and meet new clients, wall flowers need not apply.
❇️Accountability- acknowledge and learn from a mistake, take ownership of your work.
❇️Passion- if you are not passionate about sales, people, and property… turn around now. Passion will get you out of bed on the morning when those tough days hit.
❇️Commitment- Fully committed to the process of hitting the goal, are you willing to do what it takes to get there?
❇️Self Discipline- Not a spoon fed role, our support is one of if not THE best on the market, but we can’t help those that can’t help themselves, can you push yourself to hit KPI’s put in the hours, push yourself out of comfort zones?
❇️Mindset- we call it Growth Mindset and Wealth Mindset … google it
❇️Financially Secure- earning potential is unlimited, heard of the saying need to put in money to make money. Real Estate is not a lottery ticket, do you have enough in the bank to sustain yourselves for 3-6 months.
