1) Visit the the website of Dubai Land Department: dubailand.gov.ae

2) Create an account as a business user or log in if you already have an account

3) Enter the case number to see the case in detail and its attached documents

After that, appropriate legal actions are needed for the resolution of the case.

5 RERA FORMS FOR BUYING AND SELLING PROPERTY

• FORM A ( Listing Form) - the agreement between a seller and an agent to find a buyer. This contains details about the seller and the unit. and how to market it.

Note: A seller can hire a maximum of 3 agents and have 3 active form A.

• FORM B - An agreement between a buyer and an agent to search for a property. Contains data about the desired area, type of property, budget of the buyer, agent commission, timing, etc.

Note: It is important to contract with a RERA - certified agent.

• FORM F ( Memorandum of Understanding, MOU) - Real Estate purchase and sale agreement between individuals. It becomes valid once signed by the seller and the buyer, attested, and dated by the agent.

Note: The form is signed after receiving a 10% security deposit.

• FORM I - An agreement between two agents to regulate aspects of cooperation. This clearly describes the distribution of commissions. Commonly used between the buyer's and the seller's agents.

• FORM U - Agent termination notice for FORM A or B. Only by signing this form will the cancellation be valid.

Note: The agent must be given written notice at least 7 days prior to termination, stating the reason.

RERA unified forms make transactions in Dubai real estate market convenient.
