Most people recognise a great location only when it becomes expensive. ๐Ÿ˜…

Palm Jumeirah was once โ€œtoo far.โ€ Emaar Beachfront was once โ€œstill under construction.โ€ Then prices moved, the communities matured, and suddenly everyone wanted to enter. ๐Ÿ”ฅ

I see Mina Rashid in a very similar stage today.
Brand-new Emaar waterfront 2BR, ready, mortgage eligible and still priced at a level that offers room for growth. My view? This is one of the waterfront opportunities worth watching closely.๐Ÿ‘€
