La Mazzoni by The Luxe Developers | Construction Progress Update | Al Marjan Island

With enabling works progressing on site, La Mazzoni continues to advance through the early stages of construction, establishing the foundations for its next phase of development.

Key Progress Highlights as of 30 July 2026:

▶️ Guide Wall — 581 of 720 LM completed | 80.7%
▶️ Total Shoring Piles — 767 of 1,031 completed | 74.4%
▶️ Primary Piles — 391 of 515 completed | 76%
▶️ Secondary Piles — 376 of 516 completed | 72.8%
▶️ Shoring Linear Meter — 537 of 720 LM completed | 74.5%
▶️ Capping Beam — 303 of 720 LM completed | 42%
▶️ Soil improvement works — completed

Excavation activities commenced on 29 July 2026, progressing from the existing level (+1.5 RMD) towards the working platform level.

The next stage of works is planned to include excavation, the anchoring system, installation of precast shoring panels, the dewatering system and commencement of the main working piles.

Set on Al Marjan Island, La Mazzoni is progressing from vision to ex*****on — with every stage contributing towards the delivery of a distinctive oceanfront address by The Luxe Developers.
