Learning and evolving in the real estate industry is a must. Become a sponge and absorb details! Because the details matter!
Understanding how to explain the difference between a standard developer villa and a completely remastered renovation will set you apart from the rest
Know your product. Understand the market. Explain everything clearly. And please, be truthful!

If you think you are a Luxury broker in Dubai because you've sold some 'off plan' properties... Think again. You are not!
If you're a broker that has been in the market here in Dubai for over 12 years+ and you are still just a real estate broker and have not challenged yourself to do more and evolve in your experience. Then you have done something wrong and are clearly not a good broker.

For those very very small select group of brokers on the market who have the skill to take a listing like this one and do it complete justice, you know how much time and effort it takes to master your craft.

You will meet many brokers here in Dubai who all think they are the best. But let me tell you, I can count on 1 hand who actually are the best.
Most pretend they are a big shot. They will lie to you. They will deceive you. And they could not care less about you or your properties.
Always do your research to know who you are dealing with and if in fact they have actually sold anything significant in their career.

You can say whatever you want on Instagram or other social channels to make you look good. You can pretend by paying the media to write articles about you.

In the end, the industry here in Dubai deserves better. Better brokers who actually care about helping people. Companies who do not teach their employees to illegally cold call off a purchased list.

A broker should be judged on the individual deals you have completed yourself.
Not because you've managed teams of people and take the credit for yourself.
