At this stage,
unfortunately but capital alone is no longer enough.

You need:
• access, that is, the link between the asset and the capital.
• timing – yes, this is very important, because timing determines the effectiveness of the transaction
• a clear vision – that is to say, knowing with certainty what you want and, above all, what you want in the long term to avoid regrets.

This is what transforms an investment into a lever for growth.
