One step forward two steps back. When I think we are almost done we are hit with another unexpected set back. Firstly we were short on tiles for the trash area. Then there was a hole on the floor. We Had to fill it up , fix it and then install the door. But the doors were too low. So had to redimension the garden back door of trash area. [ 138 more words ]

Painted outside of villa. Including the neighbour side which took me one week to chave him! Installed kitchen countertop. Installed bathroom cabinets. Fixed tap issue on marble countertop. Built new trash area. Made laundry ceiling. Started to Install gameroom hidden door. Got color of cabinets wrong. Having to redo it.

The master bathroom has a beautiful, one piece , L shape, dark emperor marble countertop. The plumber, instead of following the drawings , decided to install the sink and tap where he thought would be nice. The result: taps glued to the wall with no space for the backlit mirror, sink too inside and all wrong. The solution they tell me: buy a new sink! [ 51 more words ]

I went to India on a holiday. The Indian workers didn't. Here is the progress over the last week and some Indian architecture pictures. Installed glass wall in master Wc. Installed shower glass in master bathroom. Installed kitchen cabinet. Cut the quart countertop. Not fixed yet. Broke old trash area walls. Installed bathroom cabinets and counter tops. Made laundry roof. Stripped all punt from GRC. Started painting the outside of the villa.
