• The commercial sector had a very strong year, fueled by demand for Grade A offices, with major corporations choosing Dubai as their regional base
• A clear shift toward end-users: rising rents and improved financing conditions pushed more people to buy rather than rent
• Dubai further strengthened its position as a leading global destination for capital, talent, and wealth

One standout fact: Dubai recorded three times more USD 10M+ property sales than London, including several landmark transactions.
