Peace Lagoons I & II at Dubai Land, spanning over 18,000 sqm, continues to progress with key milestones delivered and critical works advancing at full pace.

The 550m long, 20m deep diaphragm wall shoring system has been completed, excavation is progressing at 6,000 m³ a day, and foundation piling is well underway across 1,100+ piles, paving the way for one of the largest raft foundations in the area, at 55,000 m³ of concrete and 12,000 tons of steel. Piling has been sequenced to run alongside excavation, dewatering, and shoring, an integrated approach that's accelerating progress while keeping the site running efficiently.

Every stage of this work is in service of a single vision: a residential community where the lagoon is not a feature, but a foundation.

شاركت شركة بيس هومز للتطوير العقاري، بالتعاون مع بلدية دبي، في زراعة 15,000 شجرة شعلة في الحدائق العامة والسكنية والطرق العامة بمختلف أنحاء دبي، وذلك ضمن مبادرة موسم شجرة الشعلة التي أُطلقت برؤية وتوجيهات من صاحب السمو الشيخ حمدان بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، ولي عهد امارة دبي، ورئيس المجلس التنفيذي، ونائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء ووزير الدفاع في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

وتأتي هذه المبادرة انطلاقاً من رؤية تهدف إلى جعل مستقبل دبي أكثر خضرة واستدامة، وكانت ومازات بيس هومز للتطوير العقاري فخورة بأن تكون جزءاً منها، مساهمةً في تعزيز إرث المدينة المتنامي في مجال المسؤولية البيئية.

وقد ساهمنا بزراعة 15,000 شجرة زُرعت بعناية في حدائق وأحياء وطرق دبي، لتكون كل شجرة منها وعداً للأجيال القادمة التي ستنمو تحت ظلالها.

Peace Homes Development, in collaboration with Dubai Municipality, has participated in planting 15,000 Flame Trees across public and residential parks throughout Dubai, as part of the Flame Tree Season Initiative launched under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Chairman of the Executive Council, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defence of the United Arab Emirates.

An initiative rooted in a vision for a greener, more sustainable Dubai, and one that Peace Homes Development was honored to be part of, contributing to the city's growing legacy of environmental stewardship.

15,000 trees, planted with care across Dubai's roads, parks and neighborhoods. Each one a promise to the generations that will grow up beneath them.
