There are many projects are coming to Dubai islands, and sometimes it’s overwhelming even for us, agents.

But this is worth looking at as it’s furnished, 2 min walking from the beach. In project next to it, furnished apartments are going for 2,8-3,0 Mln aed minimum and there are not so many projects with maids room.

So it’s a very rear find!

I’ve put together 5 red flags to watch out for when choosing a real estate agent in Dubai. Check out the slides in this post to learn more.

As someone who’s been in the Dubai real estate game for over 10 years, I’ve seen a lot of changes. One thing that’s really taken off is the number of real estate agents operating in the city.

While that might seem like a good thing, it’s actually led to some pretty shady practices. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve met «newbie» agents who are trying to show properties that don’t even exist yet!

Or worse, they’re giving clients crazy advice that’s guaranteed to lose them money. And then, guess who gets called in to clean up the mess?
