Job Description: Sales Assistant

Salary AED 3000 + commission
Role Overview
The Sales Assistant supports the sales team in generating leads, managing client interactions, preparing proposals and ensuring outstanding service delivery to prospective and existing clients. This role contributes directly to business growth by enhancing client engagement, ensuring accurate documentation and facilitating smooth transitions from enquiry to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead Generation & Qualification
-Support outbound and inbound lead generation activities through calls, email campaigns, CRM updates and follow-ups.
-Qualify prospects based on needs in property management, facilities management and consulting services.
Client Engagement
-Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email and social channels, providing accurate information about Palladium Alpha’s offerings.
-Schedule meetings and site visits with prospective clients for senior sales representatives.
Proposal & Documentation Support
-Prepare tailored proposals, presentations and service outlines aligned with client needs.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and sales documentation.
Sales Support & Coordination
-Assist with customer onboarding documentation and service confirmations.
-Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, consulting) to support service fulfilment.
-Support attendance at networking events, exhibitions and industry engagements.
Reporting & Market Insight
-Compile weekly sales activity reports including lead status, pipeline opportunities and follow-up actions.
-Provide market insight on competitor services, pricing trends, and client feedback to inform strategy.
Brand Representation
-Represent Palladium Alpha with professionalism, reflecting core company values of integrity, transparency, and quality-first service.
