وخلال الأشهر الماضية، كثرت الأخبار والضجيج.
لكن من يعيش في دبي يعرف الحقيقة جيدًا:

هذه المدينة بُنيت لتصمد.

دبي لم تُبنَ في ظروف مثالية،
بل بُنيت على رؤية، وعلى قيادة تفكر دائمًا للمستقبل.

ولهذا، عندما تمر التحديات…
تبقى دبي كما هي:

هادئة.
منظمة.
وماضية إلى الأمام.

لأن قوة دبي ليست في أبراجها أو مشاريعها فقط.

قوتها في الثقة.

الثقة التي بناها هذا البلد عبر السنوات،
والتي جعلت ملايين الناس من مختلف أنحاء العالم يختارون العيش والعمل والاستثمار هنا.

هذه المدينة تعلمت كيف تتحرك بثبات حتى في أصعب اللحظات.

1️⃣ The “Guaranteed Flip” Myth: Off-plan flipping usually requires many multiple criteria for it to be a flip-able property (want to know what are they message me and I ll send you the list)
2️⃣ The Market Reality: Real real estate wealth is built on genuine market demand, realistic handovers, and cash-flow strategy—not 90-day fairy tales cooked up for a quick commission.

3️⃣ The “Habibi Special”: If an agent guarantees you a quick flip with zero downside, ask them to sign a contract promising to buy it back from you if it doesn’t sell. Watch how fast the room goes silent. 🤐

Work with advisors who tell you the uncomfortable truth over a comfortable lie. Save your capital (and your sanity).
