Yes, we’re renovating a piece of Sololaki history, but even the most devoted builders need a break from dust and duct tape. Here’s where our team escapes when the spirit (or the scaffolding) demands it:

Our large-scale project in the heart of Sololaki is gradually coming to life! We’ve already made enormous progress by completely upgrading the building’s engineering systems (heating, water supply, and sewerage) and reinforcing its structure to reliably withstand up to 7-magnitude earthquakes. However, there’s still plenty of work ahead—we’re moving forward with enthusiasm and perseverance to ensure that, very soon, this building becomes one of the most remarkable and modern landmarks in Tbilisi.
