We are hiring three (3) female representatives to join our real estate team. This role requires professionals who are confident, bold, and capable of handling client interactions, property viewings, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with clients and understand their property requirements.

Source, list, and promote available properties.

Arrange property viewings and guide clients throughout the process.

Negotiate and close property deals in a professional manner.

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.

Prior experience in real estate or customer dealings is preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Confident, bold, and professional personality.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Presentable and fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000 (based on experience).

Visa will be provided after successful performance evaluation.

Attractive commissions on closed deals.
