We continue to demonstrate steady and consistent construction progress at Manta Bay, our landmark development on Al Marjan Island. Month after month, the project continues to move visibly forward on site, with each new milestone reflecting a disciplined delivery approach and strong on-ground ex*****on.

As our Sales Manager Francesco Fotia shares the latest update from Manta Bay, one of the projectโ€™s most impressive architectural features is now clearly visible on site, the striking 9-metre ceiling height, adding to the scale and sense of grandeur within the development. With key structural milestones progressing, construction is now moving upward into the higher floors, bringing Manta Bay closer to its next major stage of development and ultimately to handover.

With handover planned for 2027, we are progressing toward becoming one of the early developers to deliver a project on Al Marjan Island during this defining phase of the destinationโ€™s growth.
