We were excited to visit the headquarters for a very special presentation of Ice Beach.

Designed as our ice-inspired residential masterpiece at Marjan Beach, Ice Beach is shaped by a vision of architecture, experience, and destination-led luxury. To bring that vision to life in a truly memorable way, our team presented the Marjan leadership with a miniature interpretation of Ice Beach, crafted as a fully edible, hyper-realistic chocolate cake.

The model reflected the precision of an architectural presentation, yet every element was edible, down to the smallest detail. The moment was shared in the presence of Abdulla Al Abdouli, Group CEO at , Graham Hallett, CDO at , and Joseph Nader, Sr. Director of Development at , alongside our CEO Andrei Charapenak, our CCO Yulia Neicovcean, and our CPO Salih Elalo.
