It's not important that picking the right type of home and neighborhood may match your expectation so if you are planning to go for an off-plan property or a ready one, be sure of:
> Research nearby schools, even if you don’t have kids
> Look at distance & timeframe for your workplace
> Map the nearest hospital, grocery store, and other useful amenities
> Drive to the spot at different times to check out the traffic situation
If you find the right home, it is not necessary that you will get the neighborhood too.
