Select Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of three Delta Hotels by Marriott golf and country club resorts in the United Kingdom: Delta Breadsall Priory Country Club in Derbyshire, Delta St. Pierre Country Club in Chepstow, Wales, and Delta Tudor Park Country Club in Kent.

Collectively spanning over 900 acres of freehold British countryside and 380 keys, these are landmark properties with strong heritage, established Marriott branding and significant potential for operational enhancements.

This acquisition strengthens our position as one of the most active investors in UK golf resort real estate, with five branded properties now across the country and reinforces our long-term conviction in the UK as a market of strategic importance for the Group.

We were delighted to welcome ECC Group for a friendly padel tournament at the Peninsula Plot B Padel Courts, set within our waterfront community in Business Bay.

Select Group’s team took home the win, but the day was about much more than the final score. Through Padel for Good, both teams came together to support Beit Al Khair’s Community Program, contributing household items, clothing, books and essential goods.
