Upon reaching Lahore, President Allottees Association Mr. Ateeq Sheikh Sahib met with the members of the Pioneer Core Committee of E-12 in Lahore last night and discussed the current status of development of our dream sector E-12, details about undue/unfair development charges of CDA and legal cases.

1. Noman Ahmed vs CDA
Development case.
2. Rana Bilal vs CDA Development charges case
3. Chaudhry Nizamuddin vs CDA Development charges case
4. Ms. Ahmet Jan vs CDA Development charges case
5. Contempt of court case
6. Fazal Hussain vs CDA Development charges case.

The members of the Core Committee emphasized that our legal panels to expedite the progress of our cases...for decision ASAP.

Some important decisions have also been taken, the details of which my brother Sheikh Fahad will tell after Eid-ul-Adha.
