British Arabian: Asset Valuers & Chartered Surveyors Traditional Values, Modern Valuations. British Arabian Chartered Surveyors is an independent asset valuation consultancy based in the UAE.

The company is 100% British owned and operated. We specialise in valuation of real estate in regional emerging markets, and also in the valuation of tangible business assets. In 2011, British Arabian became the first GCC consultancy to commit to the RICS Registered Valuers scheme. We are the only valuation consultancy in the UAE that is "Regulated by RICS". We have undertaken consultancy across the region, notably within Libya, but also in the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Jordan, Kenya, Egypt, Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe, Ghana, Turkmenistan and Tunisia. We regularly act as an Expert Witness at the Dubai International Arbitration Centre and ICC.
