This project has been handed over in 2016 and already APMD has formed the fully functioning board and acting as a go-between for the Owners and Developer. APMD have since the handover highlighted areas for improvements such as a playground and a BBQ area. APMD have also ensured that the service fees are at the lowest cost to the owners without comprising the service delivery or management of the day to day issues onsite.
