Construction at Galleria Residences, Dubai South, continues to move forward with excellent progress.

The first-floor slab has been successfully completed, and MEP marking is currently underway, paving the way for the next phase of construction.

Our team is now preparing to commence the second-floor works as the structure continues to rise, bringing the vision of Galleria Residences closer to reality with every milestone achieved.

Construction progress at Galleria Residences (Dubai South) continues at full pace.
The raft foundation, boundary wall, and steel column installation works have been successfully completed, and steel column er****on is now progressing across the entire site.

The next phase will include the first-floor column lift, marking the beginning of the vertical structure as the development starts rising above ground.

With every stage completed, the vision is becoming a reality. Thank you for your continued trust and support as we move forward in building the future with Evera Development.

Great news from DWC yesterday ..we’ve officially started the concrete pouring for the raft foundation.
This is a major milestone for the project and a strong step forward on site.
The next stage will be the construction of the columns, followed by starting the first slab.
We’ll keep the momentum going and continue pushing ahead.
