HIRING: Architect / Civil Engineer (Advanced Revit Professional) for PAD Kochi Office

PAD (Plural Architecture and Design) is a boutique, studio-based architecture practice with offices in Dubai (UAE), Toronto (Canada), and Kochi (India).

Our portfolio spans Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Educational sectors — all unified by our commitment to design excellence, technological precision, and contextual intelligence.

Role Description

We are inviting applications from architects and Civil Engineers to join our Kochi office in a full-time, on-site role.

As part of PAD, you will collaborate on the design and ex*****on of diverse projects, producing detailed BIM models and drawings, coordinating across disciplines, and ensuring design intent is translated accurately through all project stages.

Your responsibilities will include:

Designing and documenting architectural and structural elements using Revit
Preparing detailed drawings and construction documentation
Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and clients
Ensuring quality, precision, and compliance with building codes and safety standards

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
Proficiency in Revit is essential
Experience with AutoCAD and SketchUp preferred
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
Excellent communication and project coordination skills
3-5 years of experience preferred; exceptional fresh graduates with proven Revit proficiency will also be considered

PAD offers a multi-disciplinary and multi-national work environment, where creativity meets technology. You’ll work alongside teams spanning Dubai, Kochi, and Toronto on projects that challenge convention and push design boundaries.
