Over 8 months ago, I made one of the most interesting decisions of my life.

After building an 11-year career in Property Management filled with milestones, achievements, growth, and challenges… there was still a part of me searching for more.

Not more titles. Not more pressure. But more time with my children. More peace. More clarity.

We are often taught that progression means climbing higher and higher within a company. But sometimes growth isn’t linear. Sometimes growth is stepping into an entirely new direction.

Moving into the luxury brand sector has been different. Slower. Quieter. And honestly… at first, it scared me.

For nearly 20 years of my working life, I have operated at 100 miles an hour — constant schedules, constant pressure, always busy, always needed.

So what happens when you finally slow down?

You begin to hear your own thoughts again.
You start noticing the moments you once rushed past.
You have time to become present.
You gain clarity.

And somewhere in that slowing down… I realised I wasn’t losing myself. I was becoming a new version of myself.

A version with clearer priorities, a calmer mind, and a deeper understanding of what success truly means. 🤍

Full circle moment ✨

11 years ago I landed in Dubai stepping into sales & leasing… and in May 2015, I made a move into Property Management without realizing it would shape everything I am today.

Fun fact — I almost left back then, and convinced me to stay. Crazy to think how different life could have been.

Fast forward to today… 11 years later — a homeowner, an investor, and a mum 🤍

This journey has always been about people — relationships, trust, and building a team I’m so proud of. But if I’m honest, it also came with sacrifices… missing first steps, first words, moments you can’t get back. And yes, sometimes I’ve felt that. Because we’re human.

Would I change it? Never.

Because what I gained is something truly special…
A team that grew from 3 to 30.
A department that became part of my identity.
An impact I’ve only truly stopped to appreciate recently.

And now… a new chapter.
One where I can give more to my beautiful family, while continuing to nurture the relationships and trust I’ve built — just in a different way 🤍

Today we go to get our babies which fill our home & hearts with so much love ❤️ Thank you for being my best friend, best husband and my biggest cheerleader in life.
