Honestly, Dubai Creek Harbour has already outperformed Downtown Dubai!
It hasn’t even been launched yet, so definitely if someone buys a property here, they can make a profit, because this is going to be the new Downtown Dubai. 🙌

But personally, I doubt that after the mall launch, it will still be possible to gain a significant profit just from the location.
