Dear Valued Investors,

We are delighted to share a very positive construction update for *ReposΓ© Residence by SAION Properties*. The project continues to move forward at an excellent pace across both structural and finishing works.

Key Progress Highlights

1. Structural Works - Moving Upwards Strong
- L5 Floor Slab: Concrete works successfully completed on 1st July 2026.
- L5 to L6 Verticals: Concrete works completed.
- L6 Floor: Decking and rebar works are actively ongoing.
- L6 to L7 Core Walls: Reinforcement installation is ongoing and concrete works completed.
- L7 - L8: Rebar works are now in progress.

The building is rising steadily and the structural team is maintaining great momentum floor by floor.

2. Finishing Works - Full Speed Across Levels
We have strong progress across basement to upper floors:
- Basement: Blockwork 95% complete. Ceiling painting 90% complete and wall painting 70% complete.
- Ground Floor: Blockwork 90% complete. Ceiling & wall grinding 95% complete. Substation plastering 100% complete.
- Podium 1: Ceiling & wall grinding 100% complete. Floor grinding 90% complete. Ceiling painting 90% complete.
- Podium 2: Ceiling grinding 100% complete. Ceiling painting 80% complete.
- *Level 1*: Blockwork 95% complete. MEP first fix cutting & chasing 95% complete. Ceiling grinding 100% complete. Plastering preparation 80% complete. MEP high-level works 80% complete.
- *Level 2*: Blockwork 40% complete.

*What this means*
With the L5 slab poured and works advancing to L8, the structure is gaining height every week. At the same time, finishing activities are progressing well across the lower levels, which puts us in a great position for a smooth handover sequence.

The combined progress on structure + MEP + finishes reflects strong coordination on site and our commitment to delivering *ReposΓ© Residence* to the highest quality and on schedule.
