460,000 aed each.

They have great views of the Cricket stadium. You may see cheaper units online as they are without views (eg road view or facing an adjacent building) in the same or similar Elite buildings. Prices are listed as high as 575,000 online.

7th floor studio, currently rented at 43,500 (will be vacant 1st June 2018)= 10% ROI gross

4th floor studio, rented at 48,000 (will probably renew at a reduced rental figure on 1st January 2018 at 42k) = 11% ROI gross currently.

Service charges 5000 per annum.
