After the obvious passport, wallet and basic clothing, when headed to Anguilla, what are your must-haves in your suitcase? For me, it's camera gear. Honestly, I would be more upset about forgetting my camera than my cell phone. Luckily I've never forgotten the gear. But twice in the past 20 years, I've forgotten the charger for my camera battery. Gasp! Luckily I made it through the vacation on one charge.

What's your thing? Book, hat, music, sunglasses, snorkel gear, laptop, metal detector?

I’m a numbers person, but taxes still stress me out! Did I remember everything? Am I looking at it the right way? What else does the preparer need? I should (will) be more organized next year :-)

This year I say, just get them done and treat yourself to a vacation that involves very few numbers! Hop a plane to 18.2206° N, 63.0686° W – it’s the craziest number you’ll have to deal with. Don’t forget Anguilla’s 33 aghhh-mazing beaches! Gratuity is added in so you don’t even have to do the mental math after a long day of sampling everything that your beach bar du jour has to offer! And, if on your last day you forget the 20 dollars that it takes to catch the ferry back to Marigot…well, you’ll just have to stay in Anguilla until your tax refund comes through!
