It is with profound sadness that we share the news of our father’s passing. Gerville Ferdinand Gibbs, Sr died peacefully in his home in Colombier, St. Martin. Like our maternal grandmother, Dad’s mom was Anguillian with her roots in South Hill. Over the 12 years it took us to complete The Cottage there was no bigger champion than our dad. We remain forever thankful that both of our parents were able to see the project finished and spend quality time here. The Cottage represents so much more to us than a beautiful villa. It is our family, our roots, our history. Our mom. Our dad. Reunited in heaven after 59 years together on earth. We will miss you pops, and we will continue to live our lives to the fullest, just as you did. 💔💔
