𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 has successfully completed the delivery of Ardshinbank OJSC’s new 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐬 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡, marking an important milestone for the bank and the introduction of a new concept for its branch operations and customer experience.

Our scope included the full construction and MEP delivery, including electrical systems and lighting, HVAC, plumbing and associated building services, together with overall site coordination and ex*****on. The HVAC systems were delivered in partnership with Էլլ Գա Ման / ELL GA MAN, using 𝐌𝐢𝐭𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐢 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 equipment to support the project’s requirements for performance, reliability and long term operational efficiency.

Working to the approved design developed by the project’s appointed design team, 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 was responsible for translating the concept into a fully delivered and operational environment, with a strong focus on quality, technical coordination and programme delivery.

The new Status branch reflects 𝐀𝐫𝐝𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐤’s evolving approach to how its spaces operate and how customers experience the bank, combining a refined environment with the functionality required for modern banking operations.

Our scope included 𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬, 𝐌𝐄𝐏 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐇𝐕𝐀𝐂 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬, 𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 required to bring every element of the store together as one fully integrated environment.

From the engineering infrastructure behind the walls to the final lighting environment experienced by the customer, each detail was carefully coordinated to support the store’s operational requirements while contributing to the quality of the overall retail experience.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤 at the American University of Armenia is now complete, and 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 is happy to be the delivery team behind it.
Spanning 7,000 sq.m., the project encompasses full landscaping works, an automated irrigation network, MEP infrastructure, and a new underground sports facility integrated seamlessly beneath the park. The completed park represents a new standard for public infrastructure and has become one of the most compelling public spaces in Yerevan.
Beneath the park sits something equally remarkable. The new sports building spans two floors with a 7-metre-high sports hall, fully positioned within the underground section of the park.

Introducing 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫, a new UK concept by 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲, a modern mixed use commercial destination shaped around the changing needs of occupiers, investors, and urban communities.

Extending across 165,000 sq/m and 35 floors, the scheme is defined by two contemporary towers rising from a connected, pedestrian friendly podium.

Planned as a 24/7 business ecosystem, the concept brings together office space, hospitality, dining, retail, public walkways, elevated terraces, and landscaped green areas.

Its curved and tapered form creates a distinctive skyline presence while supporting key engineering performance, helping to reduce wind impact, improve structural stability, and enhance overall building efficiency.

The façade strategy also supports the sustainability agenda, with horizontal louvres providing passive shading to reduce solar heat gain, limit overheating, and lower reliance on mechanical cooling.

The concept is authored by 𝐘𝐮𝐫𝐢 𝐍𝐚𝐳𝐚𝐫𝐲𝐚𝐧, Lead Architect of 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲, whose work combines architectural clarity, technical discipline, and a strong understanding of commercial functionality.
