I wish the process were as smooth and beautiful as the result. Then I could share more of the building journey. But there’s still so much work to do and so much to learn before getting there.

From dust and chaos to quiet clarity. This project reminded me that building anything meaningful takes time, patience, and human understanding. We often expect perfection simply because we pay for a job — but real work is shaped through communication, trust, and empathy.

Behind every calm, finished space is a long story of effort, delays, and people doing their best to translate an idea into reality. This time, the most important thing I learned was simple: patience and respect build better architecture than pressure ever will.

The exterior wall was constructed early 1970th with square-cut, roughly chiseled light braun tuff blocks, which is a classic rusticated stone finish.

• Each block has a deep texture and prominent, raw surface which we tried to preserve — typical of rustication techniques used in neoclassical, Romanesque, and Armenian 20th-century architecture.

• The doors and windows have clean, minimalist steel frames in matte black, with sharply angled metal cladding.

• These bold geometric volumes (e.g. the sharply folded metal above the openings) add a contemporary architectural contrast to the heavy stone mass.
