In case of "air alarm" signal, the population is obliged to:
a) in case of being at work;
1. act in accordance with the requirements of the instruction provided by the CP plan of the given enterprise, turn off the internal և external lighting (at night), except for concealed lighting headlights, bring the personal protective equipment of the CP to a ready state, move to the protection structure as soon as possible;
2. Drivers of vehicles are obliged to park immediately, open the doors, turn off the engine, turn off the electricity; : It is necessary to remember that one should not take shelter under the walls of buildings and structures. they can collapse.
b) While in a public place:
listen carefully to the manager's report on the location of the nearest defense facility և move there in an organized manner;
1. to bring the personal protective equipment at hand to a ready state;
2. In the absence of instructions, use the possibility of surface imagery, natural-artificial hiding places.
c) In case of being in the apartment:
1. Turn off the gas supply, electricity, water supply systems, take personal protective equipment, disaster suitcase (3 days food, water supply, basic necessities, hygiene items, medicines, ID card);
2. warn neighbors about the alarm;
3. Move to the nearest defense structure as soon as possible.
The "End of Air Alarm" signal is given to inform the population about the elimination of the danger of air attack by the enemy. After the announcement of this signal, the population acts according to the created situation.
1. employees, students, workers return to workplaces or are involved in emergency repairs;
2. The unemployed population returns to their homes according to the instructions given by the situation, including the instructions arising from possible regime measures;
3. The population must be vigilant to withstand a possible new enemy attack.
