Only steps away from Argentinean and ethnic restaurants, shops, designer stores and coffee houses, yet secluded for a peaceful rest. Buses and Metrobus are within walking distance. partment is a traditional PH of 1930, completely refurbished but maintaining high brick ceilings, tall windows and wooden floors. It feels like a little house and is very bright and airy, like an oasis in the middle of Buenos Aires. You will hear birds singing as it is in the middle of the block, surrounded by gardens and open spaces. All the rooms look at the private courtyard garden: the cozy living room with two large sofas, the open kitchen with a dining table for 5 people and a well sized bedroom with a queen size bed (1.60 mts. or 5ft 4 inches wide) with an ensuite bathroom with shower. If you climb the outer stairs, you will find the terrace. Filled with plants, is a great place to relax on the big deep sofa with cushions or enjoy a dinner with friends at the table with 8 chairs. You may also cook a great asado at the little parrilla! Fitted with flat-screen TV, music stereo, cable television, broadband internet Wifi, microwave and kitchen utensils, electric oven, automatic washing machine, fridge with freezer and stoves. The price includes ALL the charges: Maid (once a week), water, electricity, gas, local and inside Argentina phonecalls, Cable TV and Internet. 100% cotton sheets and towels are provided. Upon arrival you will need to present a photocopy of the first page of your passport/travel document and sign a lease contract and inventory. Hope you love this place as much as we do!
