Landhaus Nikki enjoys a peaceful location near the historic centre of Gmünd and a 15-minute drive from Katschberg and the Millstätter Lake.

After 8 successful years welcoming guests at Pension Sonnenheim, we Nicole and Ron, decided to start a new adventure and bought this beautiful house to rent out apartments and a studio. Landhaus Nikki enjoys a peaceful location, a few minute walk from the beautiful historical centre of Gmünd and a 15-minute drive from the Katschberg or Goldeck Ski Areas. It offers self-catering apartments or a studio with mountain views and free Wi-Fi. The lush big green garden awaits guests with a terrace and a children’s playground. The apartments are fitted with a kitchen including oven and a dishwasher, a dining area and a seating area with a sofa and cable TV. The private bathroom comes with a shower and a toilet. The 2 person studio has a kitchen and a seperate bathroom with shower and a toilet with a private entrance with garden access. You can find shops and restaurants within a few minute walk. Within 15 minutes by car, you can reach the Wasserspiele Park Waterpark in Malta, the Millstättersee lake, Nockalmstrasse and Malta Hochalmstrasse and a lot of other possible things to do or to visit.
